Tom Waselchuk & Jami Lampkins make national cable TV debut

On July 6  Tom Waselchuk & Jami Lampkins make their national TV debut on Midwest Country, broadcast on the RFD-TV network. RFD-TV is a national cable network that serves and promotes all things rural, including traditional country music. Mr. Waselchuk and Ms. Lampkins taped a concert segment at the Midwest Country Theatre in Sandstone MN, on May 4, promoting Sweet Dreams & Honky Tonks and performing selections from the show. Midwest Country Theatre produces the eponymous weekly show for RFD-TV.  Portions of Waselchuk and Lampkins’s performance will be included on Midwest Country in segments that will air regularly in the coming months.

“I’m excited! It’s a huge shot of publicity for Sweet Dreams & Honky Tonks,” says Waselchuk, “and a great opportunity to build audience for the show.”

The Midwest Country show airs on the RFD-TV network at 7:30 pm (central time) on Saturdays, and is rebroadcast at 11:00 am on Wednesdays. (Schedule information is available at www.rfdtv.com.)

Late news: Waselchuk and Lampkins have been invited back to the Midwest Country Theatre for another concert/taping in September.
